Orange blossom honey from our own groves, in a one-kilo jar. Raw: never pasteurised, never warmed to make it look runnier, so it keeps the scent of the orange flower — which is exactly what sets it apart from a generic wildflower honey.
Over time it thickens and crystals appear. It hasn’t gone off: it’s what real honey does. If you prefer it liquid, stand the jar in warm water — never boiling — and it comes back.
It travels with fruit orders, which is how it works out best. If you want it on its own, write to us before placing the order and we’ll sort it out.
It keeps for years in a cupboard, away from the light. No fridge needed.
