The essentials, before the detail: where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.

Mainland Spain
We deliver anywhere in mainland Spain. We don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, and the reason is further down.

24 to 48 hours
Working hours, from the moment your order moves to "processing". The fruit is cut the day your box leaves.

€9.36 shipping
VAT included, on any order. You see it added in the basket before paying, not at the last screen.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in mainland Spain. We don’t ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla: they sit outside the customs territory of the European Union, so every box would have to clear customs and pay its own duties. With fresh fruit, that means days of waiting and a box that arrives in poor condition.
If your address is there, the shop will tell you when it calculates shipping and won’t let you complete the order, so you don’t pay for something we can’t deliver.
The Balearic Islands? For now they fall under the standard rate. If your order is going to the islands and you’d like to be sure, write to us first.
How long it takes
Between 24 and 48 working hours from the moment we receive payment. Your order goes into the next picking day: it’s cut in the morning and leaves that same afternoon.
Friday orders leave on Monday, and weekend orders on Monday or Tuesday. It isn’t a way of dodging the question: there’s nobody in the fields on a Sunday, and we’d rather your box waited a day than send you fruit cut on Thursday.
We don’t deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. You can follow your order in Track my order.
What it costs
Shipping is €9.36 including VAT for any order to mainland Spain, whatever the box weighs. It’s added in the basket and you see it before paying, not on the last screen.
Honey travels inside the fruit box, so it doesn’t pay separate shipping. If you want it on its own, tell us and we’ll look into it.
If you need several boxes or delivery to an address other than the billing one, that’s fine: write to us and we’ll sort it out.
How delivery works
A courier company handles delivery, during working hours. Give us an address where somebody will be around at those times: your workplace, a neighbour’s flat or a building with a concierge all work better than an empty flat all morning.
If you’re not in when they arrive, the courier calls the phone number you left with the order to arrange another delivery. That’s why the number needs to be the right one: it’s all they have to reach you.
When the box arrives, open it as soon as you can. If anything is wrong, send us a photo the same day: with it we can claim from the courier and sort it out quickly. It’s all explained in Returns and refunds.
If the address you give us isn’t correct and the order is lost because of it, we can’t take responsibility: check it before confirming.
