How to pay
You can pay in four ways, and you choose between them when you finish the order:
- Card — credit or debit, on the bank’s own gateway.
- Bizum — the Spanish instant payment app, from your phone, without leaving the checkout.
- PayPal — with your account or with the card linked to it.
- Bank transfer — we give you the account number and the reference.
With card, Bizum and PayPal the payment goes through at once and your box goes into the next picking day. With a bank transfer the order stays on hold until the money arrives, which usually takes a working day or two: until then nothing is picked.
If you need another way to pay, write to us before placing the order and we’ll sort something out: we’re a small company and adapting costs us nothing.
What happens to your card details
This website never sees, touches or stores card details. When a card is used, the payment is taken on the bank’s own gateway, on their page and with their certificate. The same goes for PayPal: the details stay with PayPal. All we receive is the confirmation that the payment has gone through.
The whole site runs on HTTPS, so whatever you type into the order form travels encrypted between your browser and the server.
Prices, VAT and invoices
The prices you see already include VAT: what the product says is what you pay for it. Fruit and vegetables are taxed at 4% and honey at 10%, and the breakdown appears in the order summary before you confirm.
Shipping costs are added separately and shown in the basket before payment, not at the end. If you need an invoice with your company details, put it in the order notes or tell us by email and we’ll send it.
If something goes wrong with the payment
If the payment doesn’t go through, the order stays on hold and nothing is picked: there’s no risk of being charged twice because of a glitch on the website. If you think you’ve paid and the order still shows as pending, let us know with the order number and we’ll check.
