This is the plain-English summary. The full detail is in section 7 of the terms and conditions of sale, which is the document that governs.

Fresh fruit and vegetables: no returns for a change of mind

Fruit and vegetables are picked when you order and prepared for you. They are goods that spoil quickly, so they fall outside the right of withdrawal, as permitted by article 103.d) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (the consumer protection act). Put plainly: a box of oranges cannot be sent back because you have changed your mind.

What you can always do

If the box arrives in poor condition, incomplete or with something other than what you ordered, that is on us. Tell us as soon as you see it — the same day if you can — on WhatsApp or by phone on +34 637 582 047, or by writing to pedidos@econaturfruits.es, and send us a photo. With the photo we can claim from the courier and sort it out quickly: we send you another box or refund you, whichever you prefer.

This is not a favour or a commercial policy: it is the statutory guarantee of conformity, and it has nothing to do with the right of withdrawal.

Honey can be returned

Honey is not perishable. If you have not opened it and it is still in its jar, you have 14 calendar days from receiving it to send it back without giving a reason. Write to us and we will tell you how. The cost of that return is yours, unless the product arrived faulty.

How we refund you

By the same means you paid, and within 14 calendar days at most from the day you tell us or from the day we receive the product back, if it has to come back. We charge nothing for handling a return.

If we can’t agree

Write to us at pedidos@econaturfruits.es and we will look into it. If we still cannot reach an agreement, the official Spanish complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) and the consumer protection bodies of your region are available to you.
