How to pay
Right now orders are paid by Bizum, the Spanish instant payment app. When you finish the order we give you the number and the reference: you send the Bizum with your order number in the description and, as soon as we see it, we get your box ready. Until then the order stays on hold, so if the payment doesn’t arrive nothing is picked.
If you’d rather pay another way, write to us before placing the order and we’ll sort something out: we’re a small company and adapting costs us nothing.
What happens to your card details
This website never sees, touches or stores card details. When a card is used, the payment is taken on the bank’s own gateway, on their page and with their certificate. All we receive is the confirmation that the payment has gone through.
The whole site runs on HTTPS, so whatever you type into the order form travels encrypted between your browser and the server.
Prices, VAT and invoices
The prices you see already include VAT: what the product says is what you pay for it. Fruit and vegetables are taxed at 4% and honey at 10%, and the breakdown appears in the order summary before you confirm.
Shipping costs are added separately and shown in the basket before payment, not at the end. If you need an invoice with your company details, put it in the order notes or tell us by email and we’ll send it.
If something goes wrong with the payment
If the payment doesn’t go through, the order stays on hold and nothing is picked: there’s no risk of being charged twice because of a glitch on the website. If you think you’ve paid and the order still shows as pending, let us know with the order number and we’ll check.
You can follow your order in Track my order, and if anything arrives in poor condition, Returns and refunds explains what we do in each case.
